When I was a junior high student, I was the leader of my class. This experience makes me become more responsible and own the ability to lead a group. As I was a freshman in senior high school, I took a Japanese course, and I was interested in Japanese, too. I passed Level Four of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, after learning for one year. Besides, I’m expert at typing since, in my opinion, typing is the basic ability for this modern world. I got the professional-level certification of Chinese Data Input and advanced level of English Data Input. Moreover, our school held the competition of English drama in 2006. All my classmates and I were enthusiastic about this, and finally we won the championship to our continuous efforts. What’s more exciting, we represented our school and got national English drama competition. This competition means a lot to me. First, it let me know the importance of teamwork that everyone is essential in a team. Second, it was a national competition that I firstly participated in, and I widened my view by appreciating other schools performance. I learned a lot from all these, and I know how to handle interpersonal ship in a group, and enhance my knowledge very much.
In my future, I plan to get into a good college, and continuously major in English. Furthermore, in order to be an outstanding tour guide, I’ll take some tourism courses which help develop my profession. Also, I can realize foreign cultures more by traveling around the world. Consequently, I am determined to even harder to achieve my goal

At a windy and rainy night, a little girl was born, and that was me. My name is Pei-Ying Hsu. There are five people in my family. My father is a businessman, and my mom is a career woman. They are very democratic so I can do many things that I want, and I become independent and responsible. My older sister, a good example to me, is a college student now. My younger sister is 7 years younger than me, so I patiently look after her. I’m very glad she is a well-educated child. I’m very lucky to be brought up in such a healthy and harmonious environment; consequently, I have a positive perspective toward life.I study in National Tainan Commercial Vocational Senior High School and major in English. Besides English, I’m interested in Japanese, too. In my opinion, learning more languages can help me communicate with more people in this global village. I’m outgoing and optimistic. I’m very glad to aid people whenever they need me. If I have trouble, they are also willing to aid me. My hobby is to do some handicraft that can train me become more patient and careful. I also like to read philosophic novels in my spare time that can help me build a positive attitude for encountering troubles. I like to play basketball and watch NBA and SBL in my leisure time. I think that doing more exercise can help me become healthier.
